What CSV format should I use?Export your contacts from Google Contacts using the "Google CSV" format. This ensures all your contact fields are properly mapped during conversion.
Will all my contact information be preserved?The converter maps the most common contact fields including names, phone numbers, emails, companies, addresses, and notes. Some specialized fields may not transfer.

CSV file won't upload? Make sure you exported your contacts as a CSV file from Google Contacts, not from another service or in a different format.
Conversion failed? Check that your CSV file contains contact data and has proper headers. Empty CSV files or files with no contact names will cause conversion to fail.
Some contacts are missing? Contacts without names are automatically skipped during conversion. Make sure your important contacts have at least a name field.
