By accessing or using ConvertResize.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ConvertResize provides free online file conversion, editing, and utility tools. File processing tools (image, audio, GIF) run directly in your browser - your files are never uploaded to our servers. A small number of lookup tools make server-side API calls to retrieve public data.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process files you don't have the right to use
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConvertResize and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Files you process through our tools remain your property. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your files.

User Content

Since all file processing happens locally in your browser, we do not have access to, store, or process any files you use with our tools. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all files you process.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any files or results will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConvertResize, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConvertResize and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
